How can I identify if a practice or facility is part of Integra?
If a provider or facility is part of our member organizations, they are a part of Integra. For some practices, however, it is not easy to identify if they are a part of a larger organization or network.
Can I still see doctors who are not part of Integra?
Yes. You retain the full range of patient choice provided by your health insurance, and this includes your ability to choose the specialists, labs, and services you want to use. However, the benefits you realize when working with practices within Integra – care coordination, information sharing, a team approach to your health care – will not be fully realized with practices outside of Integra.
What insurance products include eligibility for Integra?
At this point Integra has contracts with a limited number of insurance providers and for a limited number of insurance products. However, in total more than 100,000 individuals are members of Integra, and this number is steadily growing.
For now, the following insurance coverage provides individuals with membership in Integra. (Please note, although your insurance is not listed below, your provider may still be a participating provider.)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Medicare Advantage
- Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island
- UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of RI
- Neighborhood Health Plan Managed Medicaid
